How do I place an order?

Browse by author, genre or imprint, add books to your cart and complete checkout. We send an order confirmation by email.

Which payments do you accept?

The checkout shows the payment methods available for your order, including UPI, cards and net banking where offered by the payment provider.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to serviceable addresses in India.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is ₹49. Delivery is free when the product subtotal is ₹401 or more.

When will my order arrive?

Paid orders are usually dispatched in 1–2 business days and delivery usually takes 3–7 days across India after dispatch.

How do I track my order?

After dispatch, we send tracking details by email. Courier updates can take up to 24 hours to start appearing.

Can I pre-book an upcoming title?

Selected upcoming books can be pre-booked. The product page shows when a pre-booked title is expected to ship.

What is your return policy?

Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled under our Returns and Cancellation policy. It includes 21-day refund eligibility for qualifying seller errors or non-arrival.

My book arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the packaging and book so that we can assess the request under the Returns and Cancellation policy.
