Everything you need to know about how your books and publications are delivered — from order placement to your doorstep.
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During peak periods (book fairs, festive seasons, or new launch events), processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you via email if there is any delay.

Shipping coverage
We ship to all states and union territories across India, including remote and rural areas through India Post.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
Damaged, lost, or missing items
- If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Lost shipments will be investigated with the courier. If confirmed lost, we will reship or issue a full refund.
- Zero Degree Publishing is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Returns & exchanges
We accept returns of undamaged, unread books within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping charges for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
