We deliver Tamil books from our Chennai warehouse to every serviceable pincode in India, with Cash on Delivery available nationwide. Here’s how it works.

We ship through trusted partners including Delhivery, BlueDart and India Post, reaching all states and union territories — including remote and rural areas via India Post.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment or order confirmation. During peak periods such as the Chennai Book Fair, new launches or festive seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days and we’ll email you if there’s any delay.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available across India to every serviceable pincode, so you can pay when your books arrive. Prepaid options — UPI, cards and net banking — are also available at checkout.
Same-day delivery in Chennai
Inside Chennai, orders placed before 12 PM to select pincodes can be delivered the same day for a flat ₹149.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched you’ll get an email with a tracking number and link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating after dispatch.
International orders
We currently deliver only within India and require a valid Indian delivery address. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Returns
We accept undamaged, unread books in original condition within 7 days of delivery; return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours. Email orders@zerodegreepublishing.com to start a return or for any delivery question.
